Almost Done!

Daniela and I are finally going to get these invitations knocked out tomorrow. Once they're done I will be able to breath a little easier! Hopefully Saturday, the guys are going to get what they're going to wear and I will get my dress back! I couldn't decide which picture to put in the invitations so I picked both.^^ I'm just praying they don't look too crazy but I just want them done with either way. I'm almost falling behind schedule but as long as the important stuff gets done I'm good. I so glad DT Photography was able to take our pictures at the last minute!!

One Month Away!!

The temptation to stress is imminent!! I got most of what I need except for the DJ and just a few things here & there. My funds are low and so is my energy. On the bright side, we're going to take pictures with my friend David Alex tomorrow! I'm looking forward to that. It's going to be a long day so I better get some rest!

It's Almost Crunch Time!!!

Working at the last minute is just how I roll!! I'm going to try harder to get things done this week. Especially since my mom is starting in on the nagging! ^^ I can do this!! I can do this!!

I was in Scrapbook Heaven!!!

I decided to checkout the Scrapbook Heaven on Bandera and I must say that store is AWESOME!!! I am so glad I went there for help with my invitations. Daniela and I got a lot of tips from the ladies there and had lots of fun too! The owner even went out of her way to help us cut the paper to the perfect size. We should have these invitations done in no time!!! Now I just have to make sure everything else gets squared away. FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS! One project at a time with no time to spare. I have to admit I'm getting distracted with looking forward to the big nite on Friday! I can't wait!

Week 3????

Time is flying by so quickly!!! I'm not gonna freak out!! Everything is starting to come together and its all a matter of patience now. I'm still struggling with my budget because I want to make sure I don't spend too much on one thing and not have enough for another. At least the invitations are almost done. I'm getting some much needed help from my friend Michelle and my flower dilemma should be no more. I just have to stay focused and make sure I make valuable use of my time!

One Week Down

I have less than two months to plan this wedding and I'm trying not to panic! :( I don't know what I'm doing anymore but I'm doing my best to keep myself together. I thank God so much for my friends because I would be so lost right now. On top of all this, I'm screwing up regular things that are going on in my life. Tomorrow is another day, so I'm just gonna keep praying to have faith in the people helping me and faith in myself as well. I can't give up despite whatever drama is being thrown at me!! Hopefully I can start putting pics of everything I'm working on soon! ^^

Invitation Shopping

It was a long, hot day but with the help of my very own invitation expert Daniela, we got just about everything we need to make the invitations. I'll post some pics of the sample by the end of the week. :)

Blessings Galore!!

Wow I still can't believe how wonderful the Lord is and how awesome people can be! I was getting a little worried about having enough money to pay for the stuff I needed to make this wedding happen but I should have known better. God is showing me what patience and faith can do if I just believe in Him! So now I'm going shopping with one of my favorite gurls for invitation stuff in the morning. I still have a bit more stuff to do but I am going to stay postive about this all and try my best not to freak out. I don't need to freak out because I know everything will work out. I better get to bed so I can wake up in the morning! ^^ Thanks goes out to all the people that have helped me so much to get this far!! Muah!

This is gonna be fun!

So I only have 2 months to plan this wedding!! I've planned a few parties before but this wedding is going to be a big challenge. Yet, at the same time it seems to be unfolding with little effort (especially on my fiance's part^^). As if I don't have much else to do, I've decided to make a blog about it all! The whole purpose for it really is just to share my experience with anyone who finds my life some what interesting and to share the story of me and my brains (jesus). We have been through alot since the very beginning of our relationship and now we are finally getting married!! I never thought this would happen for me but I should have known since I am marrying my prince charming! I'll try my best to keep everything from now on, about my wedding, posted so that you can watch it come together and I can come back here to enjoy it all over again. :) For now I'm going to stop here and get some rest to prepare for week 1 of the 2 month adventure!
